where newcomers feel like regulars,
and regulars feel like family

Every Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm, we dance to an irresistible eclectic blend of funk, soul, world music, positive hip hop, reggae, dance classics, jazz, blues, electronica, and other music to free mind, body and soul.

Express yourself freely, enjoy community, and get a rejuvenating workout in a supportive and uplifting environment. Children and teens are always appreciated. See you on the dance floor - shoes optional!

Admission: $5 - $15 sliding scale.
Newcomers and children 12 and under: free. NOTAFLOF. Wheelchair accessible. No scented products please.

Organic fruit for all after the dance.
