"Hands and Hearts" Special Benefit for Haiti Earthquake Relief

Our weekly dance is never just for ourselves. We often reach out towards each other, as well as towards the world outside our dance. In challenging times, we especially value our ability to feel compassion and to act compassionately. Faced with the uncertainties and suffering of life, we gather strength in community, and celebrate our shared humanity.

All proceeds from this week's dance will be donated to Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres for relief work in Haiti.

As always, our dance aims to make you feel safe, welcomed, unconditionally accepted, at peace with and comfortable in your body in the daylight, included and valued in community, able to release your creativity, and free. It's our hope that these few hours will help give you the strength, inspiration, and wisdom that you need for the week ahead.
