Alielle and Ralielle
Alielle on the left and her kid brother, Ralielle, on the right. Alielle is a lesbian. Ralielle is not. They both have the hots for Princess Fatora. However, only Alielle stands a chance, since Fatora is a lesbian too. Actually, Ralielle does stand a chance when Fatora mistakes one for the other. And it does happen.
Nanami
Nanami is Makoto's childhood friend. She is, of course, in love with him. In fact, so is just about everyone else in El-Hazard. This list includes Nanami, Shayla, and Ifurita. Now why can't this happen to me?
Other scenes
And, of course, Shayla and Nanami fight over Makoto, who is dressed up as Princess Fatora in this scene. This image lasts for 1/24 of a second. In other words, it's one cel. I could never, ever have been able to copy this image this well from a DVD player.

Shayla prepares to kick Fatora's butt. Fatora pretended that she was Makoto and lured her into a kiss. Shayla wasn't amused.
Princess Rune rushes in to see what the hubbub is all about. Princess Fatora (in the backbround) is still a little confused. She accidentally crawled into bed with Ralielle (in the bed) instead of his sister, Alielle (with raised hand). Fatora is disgusted, but Ralielle is rather pleased and is convinced that Fatora isn't a lesbian after all and likes him. Well, who wouldn't after a wake-up like that?
