El Hazard Bad Guys
Oh, yes! The baddies! And in El-Hazard, there are plenty of them. Apparantly the ancient but highly advanced El-Hazard folks managed to blow themselves into little bitty pieces but not before building several weapons of mass destruction in the form of voluptuous women. Would it be Anime if they didn't? There are also plenty of naughty people in El-Hazard too, not to mention one who came from Earth. And with two OAV series and two television seasons, there's plenty of room for all of them!
Again, some images from laserdisc, some from DVD. Again, the laserdisc images are of higher quality. Why invent new technology unless it's an improvement anyway?

Queen of the Bugrom and Jinnai's comrade. She rules the Bugrom Empire while Jinnai runs the army. It would seem that living around bugs has affected her sense of style as she dresses up to look like one.

If there was anything worse than Bugrom, it's Galus, the leader of the Phantom Tribe. He's deceptive, vengeful, and it's highly suggested in the film that he's a pedophile as well. All that and he looks like Michael Bolton! Yeek!
