How much do Frank's Themes cost?
Frank's Themes are free. However, they are released
under Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0
Unported Licences, details of which can be found

Can I adapt themes and use them for my site?
Yes, provided that you attribute the original theme
to Frank Blunt, but not in any way which suggests
that Frank endorses you or your use of the work. You
will need permission for endorsement.
Can I use or adapt themes for clients?
Yes, provided you distribute the work under a similar
licence to the one used for the original theme. This
condition can be waived with permission.
How do I get permission to waive conditions?
Ask Frank. The contact link in the footer of the page
is a good place to start.
Will there be more themes in the future?
Yes, though these things take time. Meanwhile, if you
can think of ways of improving existing themes, or
have ideas about new themes, contact Frank. Credit
will always be given where due.
Are there manuals for any of the themes?
No. But read me files are always included with
downloads of themes. These contain instructions on
loading themes, and tips on how to use themes to your
best advantage.
