based on Flora of the Yukon Territory, by W.J. Cody
The book has 1200+ species.
Please be aware that I'm not a plant expert and most of these identifications are a beginner's educated guesses with the occasional help from professionals. Better to guess and be wrong than to wait for perfection! Treat it as a work in progress.

One of my goals is to take better photos, in spite of rain, bright sun, wind, mosquitoes and dogs — and their mud splashes on the lens.

This is an experimental site. Because it's mostly hand-crafted, it's not as simple as it should be, but I'm just a team of one person, so... Not user-friendly? Let me know any suggestions to improve it! It actually is pretty barebones about the individual plants. Possibly links to stories about each will come one day, such as for the above photo of the monkeyflowers at McIntyre Creek. Likewise, there'll be better trail pictures from Google Earth as I work on trails (and if we get imagery later than 2004!).
