CHAPTER 3 THE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT：3.1.9 The Help Menuまでの日本語化を終了しました。

本家のドキュメンテーションもまだまだチェック漏れがあるようです。こうした仕事は、本当に骨が折れることを痛感します。
