It looks pretty easy. But in fact, to allow the body to drop away and enter a deep state of relaxation—both physically and mentally—is very challenging. In this podcast, we will practice the corpse pose, and while in the pose we’ll do a guided meditation called the 31-point relaxation. ]]></description>
