Inner Path Yoga Podcast 11


Today we are going to do a mini yoga class: complete with relaxation, gentle stretching, asanas and meditation.

We will start in the corpse pose with some deep breathing and guided visualization, followed by supine stretches, including spinal twist and bridge pose. Then we will move on to the asanas, in fact one of my favorite sequences: seated head to knee, revolved head to knee and half pigeon. We will finish the asanas with the hare pose – a nice counterpose to the back bend of the pigeon. We will end with a short meditation.
