Are you feeling a little unbalanced? All yoga postures have a balance point where the body is perfectly aligned. When you achieve that point, the posture feels effortless. Practicing standing balance postures, like the Tree Pose, will help you to become more aware of balance in other yoga poses, in other sports…and even in other areas of your life.
