Inner Path Yoga Podcast 5


Asana is a hatha yoga posture; vinyasana is the linking together of those postures to form a flowing motion in synchronization with the breath. I like doing both forms in my practice because each offers unique insights and benefits. Today we will do one asana, the head to knee pose, and we will do it in a meditative way. I’ll also share some techniques to make the head to knee pose more comfortable.
