Common Sense Guidelines to Good Karma Yoga

This is yoga – so, don’t listen to this podcast while you are driving or doing anything else that requires your focused attention! Instead, listen at a time and place where you won’t be disturbed and where if you fall asleep – it’s okay.

The asanas we will do today are very gentle, but if you are recovering from illness or injury, or have any conditions that could be affected by yoga, be sure to consult your health care professional before embarking on this or any exercise program.

And, if you are new to yoga, you may want to consult with an experienced yoga teacher before trying to follow along.
Ahimsa, or non-harming, is at the heart of yoga. So be gentle with yourself and listen to and honor the needs of your body.
