Welcome to Inner Path Yoga!


This site is actually a web log or "blog." If you are not a "blogger," the interface may take some getting used to.  My blog is organized into five categories: About, Podcasts, Reviews, Yoga Blog, and Yoga Tips. Each category contains one or more stories. On the main part of this page you will see a list of story titles, beneath each title is a short abstract, and beneath the abstract is a set of links  - clicking on "Read More" will take you to the full story. Click on "Read More" below this abstract to learn how to navigate the site and listen to the podcasts.
