About The Podcasts


The tools I use to create my podcasts and website/blog and how to subscribe.

Really Simple Syndication:
If you have an RSS reader, you can subscribe to my Blog using the Syndicate this site link at the right side of the page - just scroll down. When you click on Syndicate this site, the code that you see at the top of the window is the RSS feed.

Podcast Subscription:
My Podcasts are available on iTunes. Find the iTunes link on the right side of this page. Once in iTunes, click on Podcasts and serch for "Inner Path Yoga." You can download or subscribe to the podcast for free. If you don't have iTunes, you can download it for free (for Mac or PC) - find the iTunes link on the right side of this page. My Podcasts are also available on Podcast Alley.

Production Details:
My podcasts are recorded and produced on a Macintosh Powerbook G4

The spoken word is recorded using Amadeus II

The ambient sounds are created using fLOW 3.2.1 ambient soundscape generator by Karlheinz Essl

Music is added and the program is mixed using GarageBand - part of Apple's iLife software

My blog is created using iBlog

The front page for my website was created using Macromedia Contribute
