Dickeyville, Maryland

Had to go to Dickeyville today (June 11, 2003) and really loved it. Shot most of these out of the car window.

Entering Dickeyville... Downhill... They seem to like red here. Some of the houses are very old. This is the church. Patriotic! The corner. One of many red doors. Another one. Three flags! And red shutters! Balconies are also popular here in Dickeyville. Some have both balconies and red doors. Going up hill. Another corner. The most interesting house in town. Multiple birdhouses. White picket fence on lane. Patriotic heart. An animal standing up (center right). The biggest house in town. The biggest house in town from the front. The reason I was in Dickeyville (Maryland Sound)... They reconed the speaker that fell on Tim. Looking in the other direction. And slight to the right there is a park. I met a number of friendly bicyclists. A jungle of vines. And more. The first Mulberry bush in 10 years YUM! More scenery. More water. More water and scenery. The tree bark has grown over the sign.. The leaves have grown over the sign The other end of town.
