Soldering iron |
Remove the metal shields from 575 I/O panel & original CC
I/O panel.
Cut 575 I/O panel & original CC I/O panel.
(Take the thickness of the blade into consideration.)
Prepare their forms.
(575 back panel is slightly wide.)
File them smooth.
(This is important for getting enough adhesive strength).
Adhere them each other.
Cut 575 metal shield & original CC metal shield.
Adhere them onto the plastic panel.
Solder them at their border.
(Be careful not to melt them.)
