Ah those Americans.  Why get the name transferred to themselves for USD$1,000, when there might be a way (well there is under their Trademarks Act) to pursue damages!

By the way, I wouldn't seek cancellation.  The joker, or someone just as misguidedly minded, could just re-register for about USD$10.
