WIPO report on UDRP for 2005

WIPO has released a short summary of its UDRP-related activities for 2005.

Apparently, there were 1,456 cases filed last year - up 20% from last year and the largest number of cases since 2001. (The number equates to almost 4 cases filed each day.)

Apparently, 83% of cases that proceed to determination found in favour of the complainant.
