itunes.co.ukvia Domain Name/Nom de Domaine!, The Register
reports that the High Court has rejected the application for judicial review of
Nominet's dispute resolution panel's decision to order transfer of itunes.co.uk
to Apple from Cybertrain/Cohen.
Apparently, the High Court rejected the
application because it was late and there was no proper explanation of why the
appeal process provided for in Nominet's rules was not
followed.
