Resale right/droit de "sweet"

The Copyright Society reports that Senator McMullan (Opposition) introduced a private member's bill into Parliament yesterday seeking to legislate a right for artists to royalties on the resale of their works.

Apparently, the bill corresponds to the bill introduced by Senator Lundy last year which lapsed.
