Strawberries don't smell(at least, not in the
EU).
According to the IPKat, the Court of First Instance has rejected an application to register the smell of strawberries as a trade mark on the grounds that the smell cannot be represented graphically ... Read all about it here (scroll down to 2. Today's fruit cases).
