Cross-border communications and legal liability

The University of Melbourne's CMCL is holding a seminar on legal liability and dispute resolution for cross-border communications.

Speakers cover conflicts of laws issues, defamation and Sam Ricketson, one of the barristers in the Ward Group v Brodie case [2005] FCA 471, will speak on trade mark infringement matters.
