(but distinguished selling keywords, here, and it seems that New York's high profile
Attorney General, Elliot Spitzer, has launched a campaign against Adware and
secured a US$7.5 million "disposition".

From the Petition, it seems that Intermix downloaded and installed "spyware" onto computer users' terminals without their permission "or hides mention of them deep within lenghy, legalistic license agreements" - i.e., the spyware was bundled with other programs that the downloader did know about and chose to download.
