Yes, it's American so watch out the prices are in American currency but, according to the horse's mouth, it works here. Of course, if you know of an Australian service provider who does this too, let us know (that's what the Comment button is for) but, given the trouble and cost we have trying to get faxes delivered to one's e-mail, I for one am not holding my breath!
