iTunes Music Store DownUnderAs Matt Swinn kindly points out in his
note, after all the whining I've done about not being able to buy some
music online from an iTunes Music Store ...

And I did.
If you don't already have iTunes software, click on "Free Download", launch the software after it installs, scroll down to the bottom of the page and, if necessary, change the country to Australia.
