The 1st generation: all that stuff put in
so your secretary or WP department could type up things for
you.
The 2nd generation: now you pay for an IT department to tell you to power down and then power up again. The 3rd generation: you, the lawyer, play hunt and peck on a keyboard. 4th generation: you clients start telling you what you need to be doing or they'll take their business elsewhere (some of them already are, of course, Dennis' point is that they will be wanting more and more of them will be wanting it).
