I just updated Hong Kong Typhoon Alert to 1.7, This replaces the alert engine with a new more reliable warning system.

It detects Tropical Cyclones, Thunderstorms, Amber, Red and Black Rainstorm signals, cold weather, very hot weather and by popular request.....Tsunami's!

Very simple, just launch it and leave it, if any severe weather alerts are heading your way it will change to let you know.
