Go! Go! Devil Bunnies!

After 14 straight days of work I managed to snag a weekend to relax. On my Sunday (which was actually a Wednesday) my cell phone's MP3 ringer stuttered through PWEI's 'Wise Up! Sucker!', waking me from a perfectly sound sleep. Through the receiver my sister curtly tells me to get out of bed. She says that she set up a family photo shoot and that I needed to put on my school clothes and meet up with the parents in an hour.

One hour later and I'm standing in the sparse photo studio at JC Penny having serious Napoleon Dynamite flashbacks as a large lady wielding what looks like a joystick to an 80's era Tron arcade game paws me into the most photogenic pose I could muster. I think the photo came out well. She managed to catch my deep, mystical side:

I'm having Christmas cards printed up as well...

Getting home, I power up the Mac and notice an e-mail from my web host provider telling me that I'm over my 500 Megabytes of storage space limit and that they're going to charge me an extra $5 a month for storage fees. Now, this is for my new accountpics.com website, which I recently started and have only 12 Megs of data invested in it. What's with this extra 488+ Megs of data?!

Not only that, my by bandwidth is going though the roof. Digging into this, I see that along with my logs, I have slightly more than 13 Megs on their servers:

Two days of phone calls and this problem still hasn't been cleared up. Anyone out there using Register.com ever have this problem?

Speaking of webpages, I find it amazing that people from around the world visit my new page. Glad to see that after only 28 days I've racked up 836 unique visitors. For such a niche market this page is doing quite well, and I'm not even out of the Google sandbox yet.

And they said nobody would ever visit. "Crazy and touched" they called me. Badda Ha!

Anyway, I'm going to turn up the Thrill Kill Kult and complete my weekend in style...by going out front and picking weeds...
