Spinnakers Brewpub

Spinnaker's Brewpub and Guesthouse produces a number of big bottled beers for BC's liquor stores. Situated in Victoria they've been around since 1984. Certainly they offer a lot more in their taphouse and one of these days we're going to get over there to check it out. In the meantime, the bottles will have to do.

 

Spinnaker's Nut Brown Ale

A very dark, roasted beer. This would taste great on a cold winter's night. This beer has a lovely fragrance and its aftertaste is quite enjoyable. Despite its dark tone it's not a particularly heavy beer. Not good for summer on the patio but a tasty beer nonetheless. Nice not too cold. This one is a favourite. Well worth finding it in your local store.
