Office manager:
We are seeking the right person to keep our office
organized. About 50% of the job will be managing office
communication and bookkeeping. The other 50% is quite
variable and open for negotiation. We would like you to
help with "green" product selection, estimating, or design
depending on your skills and interests.
An idea candidate would have the following skills:
- Pleasant to work with.
- Experienced using modern Macintosh computers and a
variety of applications including MS Office, Quickbooks,
and Filemaker. You will be a self-starter and comfortable
working alone or collaboratively.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Lead
Carpenter:
We
are seeking a Journeylevel, all-around carpenter with
strong framing and finish skills who enjoys working in a
team environment. The right applicant will have highly
effective interpersonal skills and experience managing
employees and subcontractors. We need someone who takes
pride in getting things done right, appreciates quality,
and has good communication skills.
You will manage a small team of professional carpenters in
completing a variety of projects including remodels, custom
homes, and speculative homes.
