We have lost Senator Paul Wellstone in a small
plane crash in Minnesota, on the eve of a war he voted against.
Senator Paul Wellstone (D-MN) and seven other
passengers consisting of his wife, one of his daughters, three members of his
staff, and the two pilots, died
in a plane crash in
Minnesota.
Damn. One of the remaining rational people in Congress is gone. I wonder how this will affect more arguments against the "war" against Iraq?
And I wonder if the conspiracy theorists have already started the cogs grinding on this news.
