    Adopt-A-Lemur is a program of the Duke University Primate Center through which YOU can "adopt" a DUPC lemur or other prosimian for a year in return for a monetary contribution that helps to cover the cost of care and feeding of that animal for a year.

 Primate Society of Great Britain

    The Primate Society of Great Britain was founded in 1967 to promote research into all aspects of primate biology, conservation and management. The Society is very strong scientifically and holds regular scientific meetings. In addition, the Society has launched a conservation appeal to help the urgent plight of primates in nature.

 Scottish Primate Research Group

    The S.P.R.G. was formed in 1987, with a core membership of fieldworkers from the triangle of Edinburgh, St Andrews and Stirling Universities. Field studies by core Group members are carried out at several sites in Africa, Asia and South America; studies of captive primates rely on well-housed breeding groups.
