Summer Vacation!
After India, we traveld back home to visit friends and family. We also spent five days exploring New York City. Here's a few pictures of our trip.

Welcome to New York!
We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge to get some great views of the city...even though it was overcast that day.
From the bridge, we walked to the the World trade center site.
No picture can convey the vastness of the site. It is very hard to grasp just how big these two buildings were.
We were told that the twin towers were twice as tall as the black building on the left.... and you cant see the entire building in this photo.

Kristine's good friend, Jennifer, came and stayed with us for a few days.

We woke up pretty early for the Today show and still only got to stand behind the stage.
It was pretty crowded because Norah Jones was playing
