Finally the MCC has had its accreditation
withdrawn by the GCC. Despite watering down its vitalistic principles to the
point of oblivion the College is still found wanting
This was predictable from day one and powerful
factions within the GCC have been gunning for the McTimoney group since
registration became a reality. Once the phony peace was no longer necessary,
when registration became a reality and unity was no longer needed, the
reductionist pseudo-medical reactionaries in the BCA have been working towards
the day when they can shuffle off the barefoot chiropractors that, they deem,
besmirch their pristine whited sepulchre of chiropractic in the UK. Too bad that
just as they achieve their philosophically cleansed profession the mainstream is
moving towards holism and a more all-embracing view of health and disease. Just
as the GCC is tying the hands of UK chiropractors with their limited mechanistic
principles the mainstream is looking for a unified health care model. Like the
dinosaurs that they are they're too busy picking off the easy meat to see the
approaching Ice Age. Shame the public is being 'protected' out of a truly
holistic healing technique but this happens when the lunatics start to run the
asylum.
