Vitamins and Cancer


Two studies found that people who either ate the most vitamin E containing food or who had the highest levels in the blood were the least likely to have cancer.

News on the Reuters Health Archive shows a definite correlation between the amount of vitamin E consumed in food and a decreased risk of contracting cancer. All the more reason to fax your MP about the criminal legislation being proposed by the EC on vitamins although it's much better to get your vitamins from a better diet supplements still offer increased protection from contracting the disease in the first place. Do it now!
