THE REMAKING OF A COUNTRY
SADDAM'S
IRAQ is a 4 x 60 minutes series commissioned by the BBC and MBC,
produced by OR-TV.
Programme 1 will be a penetrating psychological profile of how Saddam managed to become a dictator.
Programme 2 will look at the effects of Saddam's dictatorship on the people of Iraq.
Programme 3 will chart the shifting relationship between Saddam and the world and examine the way in which priorities in the international community changed over time.
Programme 4 will focus on the remaking of a post-Saddam Iraq. Giles Trendle, a former Middle East correspondent, and documentary film-maker Claudio von Planta are currently working on part 4. The progress of their work will be updated in this web based storyboard.
