The
sound of the "Emily" bell was mesmerizing. What a wonderful
legend about Korean mothers! The temples are serene and wonderfully preserved
and the Royal tombs were so interesting.
I did not realize how many different cultures influenced the Korean people. This trip has been a wonderful surprise. I was especially impressed with the University at Pohang and their traditional Nobel Laureat Garden.
This was a great "first" experience in Asia.
