Ginger Dale
I have been involved in education with the Los Angeles Unified School District for over 30 years. In my current position I am an assistant principal for a 6-8th grade Middle school with about 2,600 students.
I enjoy administration but I miss the classroom setting. At my school we have a dual language, Korean / English program. Students spend about half of their day receiving instruction in English and the other half is in Korean. Many of our students have been in the program since the first grade. At a recent award ceremony a Korean visitor remarked that if he did not know the student was Hispanic he would consider the student to be Korean. Her Korean was so good.
Outside of school I like to do crafts, and go camping with my husband and family.
