Thanks to everyone for the support and contributions to the Doug Chivas Fire Appeal.  The total raised was $2,810.00 which Mick Alton has taken back to Sydney to give to Doug this week. I have just spoken with Doug and he expressed his deepest thanks to all.  (If there is anyone who missed out on the raffle but would like to contribute, we are still taking donations).

The 2007 A.G.M. minutes were read and adopted.
The President thanked all previous Committee members and helpers for the past year.
Financial report. The Club made a profit of $600.78.for the past financial year.

We understand that Doug is okay, after having been taken to hospital with smoke inhalation.

They've been advised that field would comprise eligible F1 & F2 sidecars & the promotor would expect a full grid.

Wayne says it hasn't been started in ten years, but for those of you looking for a project, it has a spare fibreglass body and steel frame. Also has some spare brackets and wheels as well.

They are keen to see some sidecars up there if any of our members are interested.  There is prize money on offer, an AirFence and a very nice track.
