NSW Modern Sidecar State Titles moves to Oran Park GP Sept 9th-10th


Barry Morgan phoned me tonight to advise that HRR has abandoned the one day meeting planned for Eastern Creek Aug 12th in favour of a two day meeting at Oran Park's GP Circuit which he says has been handed to them by PCRA.

This was to be the Post Classic State Titles for all classes incl solos, as well as the final round of the Qld vs NSW Sidecar Challenge at which ALMCC is to host the presentation dinner.

NSW Modern Sidecar State Titles - Eastern Creek - Aug 12th


Dave Morgan today confirmed that HRR will promote a one day race meeting at NSW's Eastern Creek Raceway.

Notwithstanding the one day format, sidecars have been promised three race events plus a practice.

The 2006 Race Calendar has been updated, and can be downloaded from the downloads site or from this link .

Please also note that this is the event for which Annandale Leichhardt MCC has agreed to contribute $1,000 travel subsidy to be distributed to the first ten teams on historic sidecars that enter the meeting.

Autumn Classic unlikely to proceed


The best information I have indicates that the Autumn Classic meeting scheduled for April 2nd-3rd is unlikely to proceed.
