Barraigh (Barra)

Barra lies at the south of the islands and is a 40 minute ferry trip from Eiriosgaigh. It is predominantly hilly, but with extensive sandy areas to north and south.

Barra is behind the ferry approaching Coilleag on Eiriosgaigh. The ferry loads for its next trip to Aird Mhor. Our first stop on Barra was the airport... ...which is the beach at Tràigh Mhor where the daily Glasgow flight... operates from.
