ENCINO - Warren Keating is a painter, videographer, photographer and art director who has found a way to bring something from each of his talents to his latest Art show called "Overviews". Warren would set-up his camera on overhead bridges, parking structures, etc. capturing footage of unsuspecting figures walking below. Then he would pour through frame after fame for the perfect moment for a still to use as his subject for his art of people in transit from an overhead view. Jessica Rosales reports.
