Ingredients
- ¾ cup water, 80 degrees
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dry milk
- 2 ¼ cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast, or 3/4 teaspoon quick rise yeast
Directions
Select pizza dough cycle.
1. Place on a lightly floured surface. Divide and press onto a 12-inch pizza pan, raising edges.
2. Add toppings and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown edges.
