Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water, 80 degrees
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk
  • 2 ¼ cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast, or 3/4 teaspoon quick rise yeast

Directions

Select pizza dough cycle.

1. Place on a lightly floured surface. Divide and press onto a 12-inch pizza pan, raising edges.

2. Add toppings and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown edges.
