Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil, or substitute vegetable oil
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 teaspoon ½ Salt, or seasoned salt for a twist
- ¼ teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 4 ounces Tomato Sauce
- 1 med Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cup ¼ Water
Directions
1. Put oil in a pan on med-low heat.
2. Add rice and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
3. Stir in onion, tomato sauce, garlic, salt, and chili powder.
4. Stir in water, cover with tight fitting lid and simmer for 25 minutes.
