Ingredients

  • 15 ounces Chickpeas, canned
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, Bottled
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seed, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Drain chickpeas, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Place all ingredients in food
processor. Process until smooth, adding reserved liquid until desired consistency.
Serve with pita chips.
