Ingredients
- 15 ounces Chickpeas, canned
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, Bottled
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seed, ground
- ¼ teaspoon Red pepper, ground
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Directions
Drain chickpeas, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Place all ingredients in food
processor. Process until smooth, adding reserved liquid until desired consistency.
Serve with pita chips.
