The success of the Foundation's community library together with the need for similar centres in the various part of the city of Bikaner, lead the Foundation start its mobile library program.The Foundation regards it's Mobile library program as an intermediary step toward the development of a local community library.
The Foundation's trade-mark Tonga (horse-drawn cart) has become an integral part of the city, moving through the narrow alleys of the city in a graceful way that only a Tonga can, it brings books, and host of activities centred around them, to some of the poorest and deprived parts of the city
