Description: This is a different style in peasant paintings. It looks like a chalk painting, but it is also gouache. It shows the forest seen from a running vehicle. Deer are jumping swiftly in between the trees. Neutral colors are the tone. The signature and the chop of the artist are at the lower left corner. This painting won the 2nd award in the Fourth Session of " Spring South of the Yangtze River" in 1987.
