Judge Yu

(Yu Jian Mo)

Judge Yu is a young man of 33. He is a rising star in the Imperial bureaucracy, but has a slight character flaw: he is a stubborn, independent, and willful. As a result of this flaw, Yu rejected the easy road to promotion early in his career when he decided not to pursue a career as a functionary in the Eastern Captial (Bianliang), but chose instead to replace the late magistrate of Peng-Lai in Laizhou/E.Jongding.

The following is only a start at a character sheet, based on the "Shrewd Magistrate Extra" from the Outlaws rulebook. Once I've designed Judge Yu completely, this sheet will look rather different.
