July 13, 2003 - Hi! I am feeling better finally and back to scanning my negatives! I made some changes to Action Photos 23 and added a new page, Action Photos 24 which features Ray Stevens, Pampero Firpo and more!

July 27, 2003 - I found several autographs today that had been staring me in the face -- I can't believe I had not noticed them earlier. So here is Roy Shire (which is probably very rare!), Pat Patterson, Rocky Johnson and Pepper Martin. Maybe you can figure out what Pepper was calling me. You will find them on the Autographs Page.

July 30, 2003 - I have posted a few documents from Roy Shire's corporation, Pacific Coast Athletic Corporation. You can read what Roy planned to do with his business, see who served on his Board of Directors, and other fascinating tidbits of history. You can see his autograph "Roy Shropshire," his wife's autograph "Dorothy Shropshire" and the Board's signatures, too.

August 4, 2003 - I have posted a new page of photos today, Action Photos 25. There are some great photos from the late 60's/early 70's era - Karl von Brock, The Maksed Gladiator, Stan Stasiak, Ray Stevens and Peter Maivia, Pat Patterson and more!

August 8, 2003 - Another new page of pictures already! Action Photos 26. Some old color photos from 1969 and others from 1970. There is a good photo of Stan Stasiak giving his Heart Punch to Peter Maivia that I like, too.

Front Cover of Wrestling International with photo of Kurt and Karl von Brauner and their manager, Gerhardt Kaiser.
August 12, 2003 - Here is another new page of photos -- Action Photos 27. If you came here from the "Wrestling Legends" mailing list to see the Kurt and Karl von Brauner photo I was talking about, click on this icon of the photo to go to the page to see it full-sized. Let me know if you can confirm their names, please!

October 29, 2003 - I'm back! I haven't been feeling real good though and found out I will need another surgery by the end of the year -- but I have a lot of new photos scanned and will try to post as many as I can before that happens.. I found some color photos I knew I took at Channel 40 and at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium. They were missing for a very long time, but some showed up last week. You can see one color photo at the top of the Main Home Page and the others are on Action Photos 28.

July 4, 2004 - I also wanted to let you know about a very interesting and new web site that a friend of mine is building about Pro Wrestling (and Magic and Carnivals and Sideshows, too.) If you attend the Cauliflower Alley Club reunions, you have probably met Duff Johnson, a serious collector of Pro Wrestling memorabilia. I think he owns more copies of programs I printed for Roy Shire than I have!

Duff has posted a new web site called House of Deception and has posted a huge amount of wrestling photos, an interesting bibliography of every book about Pro Wrestling he has been able to find, and a lot more. Take a look and bookmark his site at http://www.houseofdeception.com

August 16, 2005 - I have recovered from my latest surgery and I still have hundreds of photos to post to this web site. I fixed a lot of typos today and added a few pictures to the site. You can find new stuff one Page One, Page Two and Action Photos Page 28.

Also, go back and look at Duff Johnson's great site at House of Deception. He has added a ton of wrestling pictures (including some of mine) and other interesting info to his site. He has a list of books about Professional Wrestling that is amazing -- I had no idea so many books had been published over the years about The King of Sports! Also, if you are interested in Magic (with Magicians), and Carnivals and Side Show characters and history, don't miss those sections of Duff's site, too.

I need to mention one more site before I let you go hunting -- Check out the web site produced by Scott Teal, the publisher of Whatever Happened to... These magazines are awesome, and I doubt there is an old wrestler alive who doesn't subscribe to it. Take a look at the Great Mephisto's Shoot Video! No Kayfabe here, buddy. He'll tell you exactly what he thinks of Roy Shire and why he knocked Roy out at Channel 40 in Sacramento. I think that makes it Frankie Cain (Great Mephisto) 3 KOs to Roy Shire hitting the floor 3 times! Don't miss this DVD!
