According to the records filed with the State of California, Roy's corporation, Pacific Coast Athletic Corporation came into existence on October 26, 1960.

The corporation was never officially dissolved and still exists, technically, but cannot operate in California because it has been suspended for non-payment of fees. The last papers filed by the Pacific Coast Athletic Corporation were filed on February 8, 1982 (below) which is it's annual filing of it's Statement of Domestic Stock Corporation.
